I called this company yesterday, Wednesday, and spoke with Camille, who offered to send someone TODAY, Thursday! My Rottweiler had gone through the plantation shutters on my huge front window and I knew all three panels needed to be replaced. I also knew it wasn’t going to be cheap! Jose was to be here between 930 and 10 AM and he showed up at 9:30 on the dot, looked at my situation and said, “I can fix these,” which he proceeded to do immediately. When he was finished, he told me to have a nice day. When I asked him what I owed him, he said “nothing!“ Of course, I insisted he take a nice tip, but I cannot begin to say enough about this company! They didn’t know me at all, I never did business with them and I fully expected to spend about $3000 replacing my shutters and instead it feels like I won the lottery! You cannot go wrong with this company, and I could not recommend them more highly! Jose, you are a true gem and I can’t thank you enough!

Wow! You guys are good! I want to a few other shops around this area before coming to you guys to get some estimates, but you guys blew the competition out of the water!
