I called this company yesterday, Wednesday, and spoke with Camille, who offered to send someone TODAY, Thursday! My Rottweiler had gone through the plantation shutters on my huge front window and I knew all three panels needed to be replaced. I also knew it wasn’t going to be cheap! Jose was to be here between 930 and 10 AM and he showed up at 9:30 on the dot, looked at my situation and said, “I can fix these,” which he proceeded to do immediately. When he was finished, he told me to have a nice day. When I asked him what I owed him, he said “nothing!“ Of course, I insisted he take a nice tip, but I cannot begin to say enough about this company! They didn’t know me at all, I never did business with them and I fully expected to spend about $3000 replacing my shutters and instead it feels like I won the lottery! You cannot go wrong with this company, and I could not recommend them more highly! Jose, you are a true gem and I can’t thank you enough!

When I purchased my new home in Pembroke Pines, one of the selling points was the plantation shutters throughout the house installed by 5-Day Plantation Shutters and Blinds. While moving in, I broke a piece off one of the shutters that allowed the shutter to slide on the track. I called 5-Day and was told they could come by the house the next morning. It seemed like such a minor piece, and I thought I could fix it myself. I couldn’t believe it! Jose and Camille arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and made the repair by replacing the “wheel-on-a-track.” They obviously believe in their product, and no job is too small.

Am amazed at the look of these shutters inside and outside views. Makes such a dramatic difference and gives a streamline look that never goes out of style. Easy to operate, clean and allows you to control 99% of the amount of light that you want to come into your home. Will definitely lower AC bill during Florida summers. Also gives a more secure look and adds privacy as no one can see in when completely closed. Price was so much better than big box too. Great customer service from locally owned family business who want you to be completely satisfied. On time, very accurate from measurement to installation and done in less than seven days. Finding shutters in this crazy COVID time was tough and the wait time and expense was crazy. Was recommended to Jose and 5 day and his price was $2000 less than our lowest estimate.
